Has anyone worked for them?

Millennium Law, SC Law Group, Notary Logix
Did a few loan modifications. All checks were returned and I had to pay fees.
Also they still owe me.
They don't answer phones. Owner doesn't respond to v.m. and no response to
Emails.

How to collect from an attorney's office:

See: Msg #319342 and Msg #432824

I would include copies of the confirmation order, bounced check notices, bank fees for the bounced checks, etc.

Millennium Law Center is kaputt. Just Say NO to loan mods!

They are in receivership and not an actual law office but a telemarketing scam.

This was just filed 7/5/2013:

I think most already know this but for those that don't, it is illegal to collect fees in advance to do loan modifications. Don't get caught up in collecting a check for them.

That said, what is the motivation to pay you if they don't get paid until after the work is completed? If they're scamming the customer for $3000, scamming you for $75+ is a no brainer.

This happened to me also. I did a signing for Millennium Law thru Notary Logix on June 27,2013. I can not reach either company and received the original package back from FEDEX 8/9/2013. That is when I started trying to contact both of them. I would say do not do anything for either company. It is so SAD they take advantage of people in need of help. I called the clients and told them I had received the original signed documents back. They had already canceled their checks because they could not contact the company. Google either company name and you can read the forums. It is bad .... I would say ***SCAM ALERT * NOTARY LOGIX AND MILLENNIUM LAW * DO NOT DO ANY SIGNINGS FOR THEM** you will never get paid. I hope Karma gets them soon.
