Wow! Seems like there's no end to the ongoing chaos in the business of dealing with mortgage loans. Worst part is that borrowers are at the mercy of decisions of others. They have no say and no control of what happens - nor does it seem they have any way of knowing in advance what they might be in for when they refinance. Doesn't give me a very good feeling as the person who sits across their dining room table bringing their docs...
