I just got the most bizarre e-mail

from Real Advantage LLC....a vendor setup package (citing fees below what I charge) and reminding me to advise of status of a closing I have no idea about...also attached is a Purchase/Sale Agreement for property in AZ, executed by Sellers and Buyers in AZ - dated 2011!!!

Now, I can see they may have sent it to the wrong notary - obviously; but a PA Agreement dated 2011??

Good company pay within week, always paid fee. It has been months so I know they found someone cheaper. Never signed agreement simple fix cross out intial

They pay $100 for refinances and reverse mortgages

including e-docs; $75 for overnight docs.

Wouldn't mind signing up with them but will insert my own fees.

Guess you guys didn't get it thought - I have nothing going with them, the e-mail came out of the blue, they did not call me

And a Purchase/Sale AGreement from 2011??!!

Linda..didu call and ask them why they send you that? I agree, it's quite odd wince the date is 2011!!
