list There are so many listed with disconnected phone numbers or disabled websites. Also, a few incorrect numbers are listed.

The best way to manage this list of companies, has beens, do-gooders, crooks, thieves and imploded, or otherwise user-unfriendly, is to sort by stars, stay with 4 and 5 as much as possible, and ignore the rest.
It's good information on companies that we want to avoid. We need to know which companies "died" in case they resurrect themselves when no one is watching.

Good Morning Grif! Thank you for your help in the past! Appreciate your support. I regularly go through the listing of Title/Escrow Companies, Signing, Services, etc. on Notary Rotary. It is a GREAT marketing tool and I appreciate it and my Premier Membership benefits! During my work on this database, I have noted that there are a large number of companies that continue to remain in the database, but that are out of business, phone numbers not working, email addresses not working, web sites no longer present, no updates for 2, 3, or more years, etc. Would it be possible for you to color code the ones that are defunct? Or, possibly to place a symbol next to the company name to identify that they are no longer in business? This would be quite helpful and I hope would not take a lot of effort/time to achieve. I am willing to give you a hand to provide a listing of the entries that appear to be no longer in business - if you'd like. Just let me know and I will create it for you to help achieve this feature, okay? APPRECIATE EVERY ONE ON YOUR TEAM! *´¨) ¸.• ´¸.•*´¨) ¸.•*¨) (¸.•´ (¸.• Thank you, Christine

I think this is a great idea! Some way to distinguish between active companies and inactive companies would be a great help.
I do sort by stars all the time, and it's dismal to see how many more 1, 2 and 3 star companies that are populating this database with these low ratings.

Does the list automatically sort the companies by the number of stars/ratings assigned or is that done manually? I only ask because I wondered if the 4 or 5 star rated companies were still actually rated as such?

Yes, I sort that way also, but current comments are . . .
important as some 4 and 5 star rated companies are defunct. : (
