Yes, had one yesterday; however, the

average from them is less than 3 a month now. So tell us....what is going on? Rumor? Story? Inquiring minds what to know.

Re: LSI - I also used to get alot of work from them. Fees

are lowered now. Don't want may more than $100.00 for my home county only. Hope they aren't falling prey to lower fees for all NSAs.

Lower fees offered option...

There is a national website that promotes NSA as a business and way to earn fulltime or part-time income. The introductory pages states NSAs earn $75 .....

If new-to-the-industry signed on with start-up costs for commission, supplies, insurance, training and membership fees (conference fees) with hopes of earning at least $75 per assignment, why would a company pay more? These novices aren't expecting more until they gain experience.

Just a personal opinion. I could be very wrong.

Are they in for a surprise when they try to increase fees~~

to something that's actually profitable.

Re: LSI - still getting steady work from LSI East..

...and my fees (over $100) in their database are still being met...but then again there is not a whole lot of competition here.

They are one of my biggest clients. I will take all that I can get because they pay on time and I never have had to do fax backs for them. Fax backs with some of these lenders is getting crazy. I just did one today and I have another for tomorrow.
