Land Law Group LLC and The Closer LLC

Are they the same or some one that came from TC because their vendor package is worded the same almost to the the last detail. But fees are lower, if TC pays low these people are offering even lower. Please comment.

I haven't done any work for Land Law Group, even though

they did call me once a few weeks ago. I do work with The Closer, LLC. I'm not aware of any connection, but that doesn't mean there isn't one. Some cos. do copy others, like many of the ss who used the coffee site. BTW, The Closer LLC started paying their "preferred" notaries a higher fee, and I take all I can get from them.

Have done three, 1 in May, 2 in June. Was told today I will receive payment for May this week. Slightly higher fee than TC. Strong negotiating required.

And you have to strongly negotiate for that? Hrrmm...not so good IMO

The one time they've called me I had so much trouble understanding the person on the phone I declined the offer. Think I'm glad I did.
