National Loan Closers

Has anyone had a closing with National Loan Closers. I get emails from them posting a closing in my area and then I respond immediately and I get no response back. I also tried calling and no on returns the calls. I am not sure this is a legitimate company. They keep asking for my W-9 and I don't want to give it to them until I know for sure that they are legitimate.

Check the orange button. Appear to be lowballers.

Yes, do a search--been discussed many times. I used

to take some of those, but the actual co. was Loan Processing Center out of Ky. NLC is just the platform. I just delete those emails now.

Obviously, you never want to work for them. Evidently, they have plenty of knucklehead notaries to use and abuse; so don't add yourself.

However, I wouldn't be reluctant to give a W9 to anyone as long as it had an EIN, definitely not a SocSec number. Maybe John T. could expound on this ....
