Same here. I did a search & pulled up that discussion from

last year. It saved me the trouble. I went through all that with Mortgage Connect, and then they came back & try to bargain for low fees. I asked them to remove me from their database. I don't play those games. It's been my experience that the more hoops a co. asks you to jump through is usually a red flag. My good cos. have never asked for much beyond Commission, BCG, E&O and a W-9.

Great company to work for. They are professional and friendly. I always have documents on time and the customers are well informed. Met my fee. I would definitely recommend them.
