I inadvertently misnamed this entity.
As an update, Lynn has now arranged for automatic payments through Chase Bank. Waiting is no longer a problem.
I am willing to have a continued business relationship now that past problems seem to be over.

You call 5 days ago a "past" ?! The last negative comment in SC was July 26th - that's 5 days ago. This company has a bad 3 year track record. IMHO, for them to demonstrate positive, changed character, they need at least that same amount of time with positive comments - 3 years. So from now until July 31, 2016, consistent 4 and 5 star feedback will show that they've straightened up their act. As it stands, they are deadbeats and your assistance in keeping them in business gives them one more day to cheat the next notary. Your colleagues thank you for that!!
