Raising interest rates=LESS work

Re-fi applications are down to a 2 yr. low. For us "oldsters", we've ridden this wave before. For the newbies: if you're only doing closings, best to start looking for other work to supplement your income.

I am a "newbie", any suggestions on supplementing income while things are down? Also, how do you get the signing agencies to give you assignments if you don't have experience?
