Remind me why the last Friday of month is so busy and the

rest of the month is slower. Also, more calls from title companies. I just received 5 calls within the last hour for closings today from title companies.

that is a good thing, I bet most of them want to sign between 5-7pm? I just hate last minute deals anytime most times the paper work runs late. I will take last minute deal today only if it is last one of night.

I would have accepted a 6 pm signing that was offered at 11:00 am. The only issue I had was the location and the traffic into that city at 6 pm. I said there would be an additional fee to drive at that time, but would not be if it was set for a later time. I did not hear back from the SS and that is okay as I hope she found someone who lives closer to the signer under these conditions.
