More reasons why NSA's shouldn't cave on signing fees. Gas went up, paper and toner are always on the increase, and there are more and more state, county, local and Federal taxes being levied on Americans as of July 1. The 10 worst states, well, Maryland is No. 1, Iowa, Vermont, New Jersey, Minnesota, Wisconson, New York, Rhode Island, North Carolina, and California is no. 3.
Internet sales are a big ticket item in most of these states.
