Scanner suggestions?

I used my hp Scanjet 2200c for many years and loved it. I recently purchased a new computer that is not compatible with it. So, I am looking for a stand alone, flat scanner and am having a tough time finding one. Any suggestions?

I purchased the HP Photosmart 7510 a while back and am pretty happy with it. I use it primarily for scanning but it is an all-in-one. I've also printed a few photos on it and it does that well.

I don't know why people buy a separate scanner. I have been using for years my Brother 8680DN that scans to pdf at 32ppm. Now I just bought a Brother MFC 8710dw that scans to pdf@40 pages per minute.

Why bother with another device when you can have this models.

I bought a used Fujitsu FI-4340C High Speed Duplex Flatbed Scanner on ebay fairly cheap but I am very happy with it. I think you can feed 100 pages in the ADF.
