SoCal calls for a signing approx 4 miles away and offers....

I'm sure you all saw this coming - $65 with e-docs. I tell them my minimum is $100 and they say they can go as "high" as $85. I don't say anything so there's about a 6 second silence on the phone. Finally the gal says she's gonna see if she can get that approved and call me back. I tell her ok, call me back. You think they called back? You'd guess right. Unfu**inbelievable!

One good thing about SoCal's declining fees .....

is when they don't pay the notary (its usual practice) at least it's for chump change now.
