Have done a couple of closings for them and found they are good to work for. No hand holding, docs on time and pay within terms. Hope to get more work from them in the future.

Saving everyone some time. I contacted Spinnaker and was informed they only handle Michigan.

And, that could be why I wasn't able to access their SC listing. It's coded for MI only.
