Tampa Florida Signings
Hello,
This is my first message on Notary Rotary. I am looking for some advise. I have been working with a company the last 2 months. I averaged 19 signings a month and that was part time. They have now come to a complete stop. They said they are slow. Is anyone else slow in Tampa? Can anyone recommend me a company that is busy and needs signing agents in tha Tampa Pinellas area?
Thank you Michele Carr

Read the postings on here. You'll see a lot of NSA's are slow right now. As far as "recommend me a company that is busy and needs signing agents .... ", I don't believe anyone is going to hand over their client list to the competition. You need to do your own research and your own marketing. It's a tough industry and gets even more tough when times are slow, such as now.
Read this forum daily and learn.

Make serious use of Signing Central
It's your best friend as far as finding companies to work with are concerned.

And, Michele, may I suggest you don't put all your eggs in one basket. Market and work with several reputable companies, not just one. If that one goes under, so do you. Always best to have a good client list.

During the slow times . . .
Go out and 'meet -n- greet'! I've been using the time to work on marketing collateral. Maybe you could also market outside your normal service area for a time. Some agents may be on vacation or turning down assignments further away due to heat (my body functions poorly in extreme heat).
I turned down one the other day cuz it was way out in 'who knows where' land and then got a couple scheduled locally. Love when that happens
(Funny thing about "fish" - darn things won't just jump in your 'net')

Further out signings
well, you're much better at negotiating the big bucks than I am! Woman, your "sea legs" are getting a workout (lol). You can have Summerduck & Roundhill (passed on those this week); my ocean liner not making stops that far - at least not on separate days with AC running Full blast!
