Re: They pay my fee within 2 weeks.

My base edoc fee for within a 15-mile radius is $125. That is base and does not cover any additional services such as scan-backs, additional travel, etc.

I have accommodated signings for them where same borrowers are signing 2 separate loans at same appointment. Timios pays agreed-to fee X 2.

SO Yoli, when you filled out their vendor form did you answer yes to their $80 fee? I have always wondered if they would even considered an applicant that answers no and fills in their pay request for higher......$80 doesnt cover us here in Cali. and you get $125?? Thats awesome...

I like working with Timios, but they only pay me $100 for e-docs. I was told that was the most they will pay -- and some of their loan packages are big. Today I did one for them that was almost 200 pages (LSI), but at least it was only one signer. Anyway, they are nice to work for -- but I will only accept signings in my immediate area for what they are willing to pay.

Wow..why didnt you ask for a higher fee for that large package? No wonder we are asked to do more and more work for less money..People take these fees! OMG..Timios are great to work with I take all I can and they meet my fees!
