WARNING SPAM FROM SOCAL
Just a heads up, I got an email from SoCal that says they've loaded a doc for me to access I need to down load from link provided, which requires I enter login information. As many documents are downloaded from other sites, I clicked on link. It is a phishing email. Do not open. I called SoCal and they have confirmed. :0(
Hoping others read this before they click on the link. I'm fairly tech savvy, but since we just completed a complicated (scheduling) job for them, I thought there was additional documentation needed. sigh...

In 2009 Seanaidan claims to be SoCal's attorney
People need to pay their attorneys.
Re: Beware of Slander Dana Posted by Seanaidan of WA on 10/3/09 9:35pm Msg #306086 Dana Velkers,
Based upon your previous unsubstantiated emails, and verbal statements. You have now committed liable.
As legal counsel for Socal Signings. Socal Signings will not tolerate these ongoing false statements. You leave them with no recourse but serve you with a complaint in Superior Court if these false statements do not cease.
I am in constant amazement at what people will say on discussion boards. However when under Oath in depositions, or open court their story changes and is tempered with either an apology, or they come clean with the truth.
You or your attorney may email me if you any questions about the seriousness of how a slander lawsuit can affect your business. I highly suggest you immediately stop your campaign of false statements.

So, is it slander or libel? And shouldn't this attorney know the difference, and be able to spell both? And know when a comma is necessary? Sheesh.
