Anyone have feedback about annuities. Doing my first one today. Thanks.

Look at "notarization block" FIRST ...

Simple notarizations, probably only one. Just make sure that none of the forms require a Medallion Signature Guarantee. A notary public cannot do this. The signer will have to check with his/her local bank, financial or investment institution for this.

Not to worry you. I have seen some forms come through where they only require "straight" notarization. My guess is because it is becoming more difficult for individuals to get a Medallion Signature Guarantee.

Thanks for the response. All blocks just have "Notary". Also, there are documents that the borrower is to have acknowledged receipt of prior to this closing and I am ask to have customer date 05/28/2013. Is this acceptable as long as borrower comfortable? I don't have to sign that page at all.

Just confirmed that it is okay for borrower to backdate as they have already obtained receipt of this document prior to signing and just failed to return it to the company as requested. Thanks again for your prompt reply. Have a great day!
