Here's a better link:

There was to be a hearing today at the Senate Committee on Human Services. At least, it was on the agenda for the meeting today that was held at 1:30pm.

You can listen online, but I wasn't able to do so. Anyone else happen to catch it?

UPDATE...
Looks like it's moving through the Senate committees:
COMM. ACTION DATE : 06/11/2013 COMM. ACTION : Do pass, but re-refer to the Committee on Judiciary. COMM. VOTE SUMMARY : Ayes: 04 Noes: 02 PASS
In other words, there's still time to get this thing killed. It's best to probably contact the next hearing committee members, I'd think:
http://sjud.senate.ca.gov/
Senator Noreen Evans (Chair) Senator Mimi Walters (Vice Chair) Senator Joel Anderson Senator Ellen M. Corbett Senator Hannah-Beth Jackson Senator Mark Leno Senator Bill Monning
Mimi Walters might actually be a good one to write to on this. Ellen Corbett? Bill Monning? Maybe... Joel Anderson? Likely.
Noreen Evans? Forget it... she'll vote for it to pass given a chance. As will Hannah-Beth Jackson.
Mark Leno? Not sure...but he'd probably let it pass, too.
