Anyone worked for "TaxEase" out of Dallas Texas?

I would like to hear from anyone who has worked for a Property Tax Lender called TaxEase. They are out of Dallas. If so, I would like to hear your comments regarding them. Thanks.

Did a job for them 12/26, rec'd check 1/19. Easy package, no problems. Pleasant and easy to work with. Met my fee.

Easy company to work with and have always paid as agreed, including paying on time.

That said, I haven't worked with them very much over the last 2-3 year's. Starting back in '06 until '10, they were one of my good customers with steady orders. Sometime in '10 or early '11 (not in front of my records right now) they began trying to lower the fees they were willing to pay SA's. So now, if they call, I know they are in need; my fees are accepted without any "need to get approved" BS lines. I have no problem with accepting signing requests from them when they do call.

They know by now that if I am not willing to cut my own throat for a current good customer, there is no way I am going to it for a company that may only call a few times a year.
