BCHH Inc.
Does anyone have current information on BCHH Inc. located in Pittsburgh, PA? This company has called me for a signing this week! They are listed in signing central with mixed reviews (lots of slow to pay comments from 2010-2012, then mostly positive comments from 2013). The last topic post in the forum was posted in September 2012. TIA!

Did my first closing for them last week (maybe almost 2 weeks ago now). Did have an issue at the table that I was not able to get in touch with anyone about. Was almost 140 pages with faxbacks, paid accordingly, received check this week. Will take more from them (they did adjust for faxbacks).

SC ratings look like a roller coaster. Question is are you as a NSA on the down part or the up swing of their business. Hopefully they are on the up swing and will achieve four star soon. I would love to add them to my customer base when that happens.

They have changed over the past year. Packages used to be huge, what I like is they cut a check the very next day now. You do need to fax back a fair amount but page size is normal now.

I had bad experience with them in 2012 - I will never accept
another closing from them ever again.

I had two signings with them.
The first job was on October 1, 2012 and they paid on October 19, 2012
The second job was November 2, 2012 and they paid on December 31, 2012.

Thank you all for the responses and feedback in regards to BCHH, Inc. This signing has actually been cancelled for now, until they straighten out an issue with the documents. But I feel comfortable accepting signings from them in the future.
