The listing is under "BCHH" Title. There have been some recent threads about them and most of recent ratings are positive, even though ave rating is 3 stars. I don't ever recall any issues with them and have no problem accepting assignments from them.

I just worked for them.
They pay well and fast, cut the check the day of funding,
They had some problems in the past, but these are new owners.

I had collection problems with them in 2012.... 72 days to pay WITH REMINDERS. I don't have more recent experience with them because I don't give second chances to slow payers.

Had one not too long ago with them. They wanted me to send them an invoice before the signing so they could put me on the HUD. I did just that, however weeks went by and no check. I emailed and they said I need to send an invoice. I sent it again and they paid. What's the point of sending it ahead of time if they don't use it?

They are no longer asking for an invoice in advance
I include an invoice in the package with the signed docs and also attach a copy when I send the email advising that the signing has been completed.
Payment is usually received in 10-15 days.

Did my first for BCHH about 2 weeks ago. No issues, gave extra for the fax backs (was non-owner occupied refi), was pleasantly surprised to receive check in one week. Would work for them again, any time. In fact, doing another non-owner occupied refi again tomorrow night. Met my fee, no problems.

I have had good luck with amount paid, speed of payment, and also cooperation. Always willing to work for them. It is BCHH and you should put your invoice on top when you send in the package.

It is BCHH and I did a closing for them recently. They paid my requested fee and the check cut in 7 days. I did feel that the package was large. I would work with them again.
