Not with them...but I did have an issue with
another company a few years ago - same thing - did one year, never authorized auto-renewal - notified them 3 weeks prior to renewal that I did not want the listing...the person never responded, never reimbursed, nothing.
I finally contacted the AG for the state where they were located - they jumped in and I got my money back..
I'm thinking they're hoping you don't notice that it's been charged (which many people don't keep track of that stuff).

LADYKNC...go to your Paypal account log in..then
go to My Profile, from there click the My Money, you will see, My preapproved payments, click on the Update link. Once there, you will see a list of preapproved vendors and their fees. Click on the vendor name, and follow instructions.
Its a reoccuring charge that you are responsible to stop if you do not want your PP to be charged, per PP.
Asking the merchant to stop charging is useless since they have no control charging these types of transactions, but CAN REFUND YOU.
You are ultimately responsible to stop the reoccuring payment when using PayPal...I've learned the hard way, this is why I know.
