Choosing a Great SS

If you are looking for great companies to sign on with, consider only those that require a lot from you. The more they ask from you the more support they offer you to be your best. I'm not referring to low ballers, I'm only speaking of professional, well staffed and well trained companies.

Oh yes, you're a great company because you want me to fax back the entire package instead of the criticals. Call as soon as signing complete, call loan also and leave msg, call hiring party and btw send us a invoice so we'll remember to pay you for a job WE called you to do.

Give me a break.

I've heard it all now! And just who the heck are you and where did you come from.

We've been snookered by the best! Let's get a closer look at your snake oil!

Sorry, but I don't need micro-managers.

I've found the more they demand...the less reliable they are and generally pay less.

Professional, well staffed and well trained companies hire notaries who know what they

are doing, pay them fairly, and let them do their jobs.

Not from my experience.

Re: Help For Homeowners and AMS

Seems like a lot of companies either use or used that address out of that little house. At least one is showing as tax exempt.

However, looks like their handle says their current address is AK...branching out? Also Chamber of Commerce, Raleigh, NC says their sales volume exceeds half a mil...maybe we're being too harsh

Categorized a "Club"??? Did I read that correctly?

Is this the AMS listed in Signing Central in Mission Viejo, CA? It's listed in Signing Central, but there is only one comment, which asks if anyone has worked for this company.

This AMS is not a SS

AMS in this context is "a" (the a stands for something-don't know, could be accedited, american) "m"ortgage "s"ervicing.

LOL....

Yeah, not in my experience. In fact, I'd say (as will likely most of the professionals here) that just the opposite is true.

100% agree - opposite is true, IME n/m
