Creating a group in contacts on the Iphone

Is there a way you can create a group of contacts in your iphone for bad or good signing services?

Don't think so. I've searched high and low to create groups

and have not found a way in Iphone 5. You can LINK contacts so maybe make a contact named BAD SS and link them all together. I just put their names in and use *'s next to name. one * = bad ***** = better. I have no * system for great SS as I have not found one

I simply autopush the "bad" right to "block". This is a feature on my Droid, and I'm quite sure that iPhone has figured this out as well.
