Deed of Trust missing Date

If date on DOT is left blank, do I ask the signer to fill it in? Since it's in the body of the document, I can't fill it in, correct? I'm supposed to be notarizing this in the morning! Thanks.

The DOT is a legal document generated from the lenders' document drawers. They are the only ones who can complete these documents. Call first thing in the am and find out if the date was left blank intentionally.

Neither you or the borrower should do anything about completing this date.
