FASS Notarial Evidence Form requirement

This query was brought up on Msg #473405.

I asked FASS about the requirement for it. Here's their response of this morning:

My feeling on this: If it's in the package, get it done. Don't pick and choose. JMO

When Chase started this form for all their loans FASS just jumped on it and proclaimed that the form should be used for all lenders when doing closings with FASS. As usual, they just made the grand decision without any regard for their vendors extra work. It was one of many reasons I finally dropped them. They just have no respect for the notary, plus they can't get their docs out half the time. I'm afraid if you don't do the form, they will end up dropping you.
