FASS notarial evidence form

Are we suppose to complete this form on all of First American closings no matter who the lender is? I have always done them on Chase but no other lender. All other TC do not require them on other lenders. OK so I ASSUMED...but I looked back in the search and did not see anything about the requirement for First American for all loans. I got dinged twice but have completed 9 closings. Now they want me to complete it on a closing on 06/03/2013. Gee, First American, my crystal ball is cloudy and I flunked mind reading school!!

Had one yesterday for FASS for Bank of America.

So far, for me, if it's in the package, I complete it. I've not been instructed to generate one when not included. Is this what happened to you? It wasn't part of the package ... ?? Guess I'll request clarification.

Yes, it was part of the package but ya know how they include things that don't pertain to that borrower. That is where I assumed...my bad!!!! I will complete from now on...even though I think that is going a little overboard.

some months ago they contacted notaries and advised us to use the form for all of their loans; you may not have been active with them at that time.
