Hope 4 Home non payment
Warning, I closed signing for this company in January, and never got paid. I spoke with admin office and a Mark and a Roger. They were all going to call me the next day to advise. Then I get a email from Jennifer Harris the administrator???, and said they would mail 4/1/2013. They are located Mira Loma, Ca. Their mail goes to a post office box at a UPS office. With continued efforts, I still have not gotten paid.

Pam, I agree, but many deals are taken when in my auto, but will take your advise to check before printing docs.

I've been in the same situation. We really need an app for Signing Central . I know it's hard for me to turn them back once I've accepted, but I've done it. Or at least confronted the hiring party with my concerns. Once or twice after I've accepted and feel as if I have to turn down because of poor ratings, I've asked for PayPal in advance with a surcharge for the PayPal fee.... :/ Hate to do that because it keeps the bottom feeders going, but I've done it only a couple of times.

Pam, I truly admire your sense of ....
... responsibility, professionalism, ethics or whatever it is that makes you "hate" to ask for PayPal when you realize too late you are dealing with "We Cheat Notaries SS." Next time you're tempted to ask for PayPal to ensure you'll be paid (and this goes for EVERYBODY out there, including you, C. Rivera, stop yourself and just say NO. It's actually unethical to continue with a job from these bums (who are laughing all the way to the bank) once you find out they don't pay.
And thanks for acknowledging you reluctantly helped keep the "bottom feeders going" ... that's more than most would do! They usually come up with some excuse like "I have to eat." (Don't we all?)
Thanks for posting!

Print the list of companies and put it in your briefcase. Also, if after you accept an assignment and realize the company is a deadbeat, have no ill feelings letting them know the reason you are turning the job back. They have no ill feelings when they don't pay.

Call the escrow officer...this is completely unacceptable to not have payment in over six months.
They should know the SS is so flaky to not pay their notaries.

I just posted something yesterday about them. They short paid me $25. I filed a complaint with the Mira Loma BBB. I too was driving and couldn't research them at the time. Now I have a LONG printed list of "Do Not Use". Good luck John.

So sorry you experienced that....for the life of me I cannot understand these type business people. We work hard when we do these closings. I wish we did not have to print documents and just have them overnighted all the time. Who started the trend to have notaries print documents? Curse them.

I did a closing for them April 1. 60 days later I got a partial payment. They told me this was a clerical error and to contact the administrator. To date, no answer on the phone, repeated emails, faxes. Even texted Monte and Rodger. Did get a response from Monte telling me he doesn't have the resources or tools to help me, that I have to call the administrator. What tools? He has a phone and a checkbook. Either call the person to cut the check or send me a check. This is taking a lot of effort to get payment. At this point, it's the principle of the thing!
If anyone wants their cell phone numbers, contact me via the message link. Maybe if we bombard them with texts, they'll get the message.
