Horrible EOM day not even last minute calls

Lost 2 out of four scheduled and no calls today for last minute deals. Not a good sign being 1/4 end too. Worse EOM in a long time only 2.

I've had calls, but for one reason or another have had to turn most of them down--mostly because of son's surgery, etc. And today ND, and SoCal signings and their ilk are crawling out and asking. Um...no thanks. :/

structured settlement which I turned down. NO calls for loan signings today.

I guess mine was a good one had two on the books. And three more came in all 5 good $$$. With docs. And Regular titles I work for. Going on my last now. Plus a couple of forgotten deeds for tomorrow! Only two on the books for Tues thru Thurs. and 4 purchase on Friday if Friday pans out that way. Hope so, Or I will be saying the same!

Had 5 today but no last minute calls and zero for tomorrow. Strangest EOM in many months. Some calls from the lowballers but they all go to voicemail

Nothing for tomorrow, but the rest of the week is decent. I just think with the higher rates we will see a slow down in the next month or so. Look at the stock market, just hope a correction happens soon.

Four today, turned down others

Quieter than usual in the morning but calls started coming in around noon and I had to turn a number of them down. Can't cram everything in late afternoon/early evening.

Total of eight files yesterday, I started out with my first at 11:45am...two in the same place, the rest were within 5 mile radius until the last one, lst and heloc. I got home at 11:15pm, brushed my teeth climbed into my pjs and hit it...no problem dropping into deep sleep. It's foggy and cool. Another crazy day today on investment property and purchase closings. All direct with title and escrow, no long payment waiting period. All is good. Business still brisk.

This was the wackiest month end I've experienced in 12 years.

I had to turn down 4-5 yesterday because we were both booked. Today, no calls. It's been a really weird month.
