I have been gone 12 days.

Doesn't look like I missed much here. We went to Paris to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. I do want to say Congrats to my good friend Kathy Fletcher who was chosen as 2013 National Notary of the Year! She is a wonderful woman, a great friend and an accomplished notary from the state of AZ. I can't think of anyone more deserving of this honor than Kathy!

Thanks everybody for all your good wishes. It was truly for us, the trip of a lifetime. To have gone to the beaches of Normandy would have been enough. However, to have been there on DDay was the icing on the cake. One of our fellow passengers was a man who was there on DDay when he was only 17. An inspiring story!
