Iowa Closings/Signing Services et al = National Loan Closing

Just had a call from "Iowa Closings"; when questioned, turns out they are National Loan Closings; apparently using a different name to "con" honest NSA's. Their pay is low and payment is scheduled for almost two months later. I politely explained this to the caller and refused the assignment.
Just a word of caution; SS's change names to con experienced NSA's into accepting assignments.

Started as Iowa Loan Closings. When they expanded to a national scope they started the new co of National Loan Closings and kept the Iowa Loan company active.
They are not attempting to deceive anyone. As far as I can tell , they use same phone # , location and staff.
They have always paid me as agreed.
