Just got a closing from Hunter Financial and I merged it
through Page Separator and got it signed during which I discovered 2 sets of FedEx labels to different locations. Called and ask why 2 sets of labels? Was told that each of the down loads was it's own separate set of docs to be sent back with the label attached - oh no! Takes a little longer to un-merge than I care to spend. If you get a loan from them and you use Page Separator - careful what you merge.

I always use Page Separator on each file separately. I don't do both files at one time. I haven't run into two different mailing addresses, but this makes me want to continue the way I do it.
