Just lost two out of four tomorrow

All because the husband did not want the wife to sign "any" paper work.

Guess he should've thought 'bout that BEFORE "allowing" her on title.

Recently, I've had two loans situations where the LO told the borrower he didn't need to have his wife around because she wasn't on the loan. In both instances there were NBS docs that had to be signed, even in the case where the wife wasn't on the deed to the house. In the last case, the LO actually asked me why the wife would have to sign since she wasn't on the loan and wasn't an owner of the property. My answer was "I have no idea. I'm just a notary public". Jeesh, and those LO's make much more $ then me.
