My mistake Gary, it was

April 2, 2010, not March 2011. It was an application signing, and to throw gas on the fire, I also paid for the US postage to send it back. Tell her I still live where I always have, and I look forward to getting my payment.

She is listed as a basic member out of Medford, OR

So, not being listed as a company, she falls between the cracks as far as ratings go.

1. Can't rate her, 2. can't link her - she is the big unknown 3. until someone such as Philip wonders about payment from 2011. Looks like 3 strikes to me.

I perused Katlady'z website.....she offers an outdated (2008) CA acknowledgment as a "form". Ack's are certificates, not "forms". Also, there's no physical address, just phone numbers and email. Good luck collecting your fee.

My issues with this also - the website gives no info at all.

But, the web gives more: zip; which leads to NotRot basic listing in Medford, OR 97501 . I do wish people would be more upfront.
