Lejeume Notaries
It appears that Lejeume only pays notaries after they have been paid. I have a past due invoice from January.

Yes, that is their policy. I did a loan app signing &
months to get paid. There are others who like them & seem to get paid promptly.

Re: I don't like this policy
I have never worked for them but I always ask - what is your payment policy? And, if its more than 30 days, I turn down the assignment and tell them I don't extend credit beyond 30 days. Works for me.

Re: Lejeune Notaries... Has Always been reliable and profess
I have been working with Ron with Lejeune Notaries since February this year. And I have never had any issues with getting paid. And Ron has always been timely about mailing the checks as well. There was one last-minute signing where the docs were with the customer and I was already on the road from another closing and it didn't get invoiced the normal way. All I had to do was send a email to Ron and he took care of it right away.
I live in Hawaii and I always appreciate Ron's business. And with the cost of living being an average of 35% higher here, Ron has been nothing less than pleasant and professional and has never tried to negotiate down fees or pay me less ( I really appreciate that). I can only hope that he can send more business my way.
Aloha..
Toni
