Loan Processing Center (LPC), Ohio - 502-632-4467
Called with edoc signing for 4 hours from now for 12 miles away. Scheduler didn't know who lender is, size of package, or if there were any fax-backs. I quoted her my base edoc fee of $XXX and told her it covers up to 130 pages and no fax-backs. She said the most she could pay was $25 less than what I quoted. <<meanwhile, I'm looking them up on NotRot>> Explained to her that my quoted fee is my base edoc fee and that what she was proposing is my fee for overnight docs.
Her response was that she would notate my record that I work for "unreasonable fees." That's fine. I thanked her for her time and hung up.
That's a 2-star company who has a slow, low pay record in SC. And, I'm unreasonable?

No problem. Just wanted to know if they have an Ohio number I need to block also. I've blocked them for years. They're bad news.

I can almost bet the edoc file was a whole ream of paper - for just the signing copy! And there probably were 10 borrowers involved, with a POA for 4 of them.......and you needed to print a borrower copy for *each* of them! LOL!!!

Wow, do they really think no one knows their lackluster reputation?
I've avoided them time and time again...someone must be working for them, however....who in God's name?
Run for your life!

Scumbag, Lowlifes, they really admire ND
Did one job, well, quit one job for them.
$70 purchase, 5 miles away, bunny run. I accepted, they sent me the confirmation.
THEY HAD NO BORROWER INFO!!! None! No way to contact/set appt. I called them and blasted this dummy apart, asking how do I set up appt? She said " we only forward the info we get."
I guess I was supposed to Google them. She got all pissy and said to me kind of what was said above, their little 'threat' "We can't use you, you do not seem to be the kind of notary we want closing this deal."
Thank you. Now quit emailing me your chitty deals. I even take the time now when I get one, I log in and say, "Why not offer $10?"
Losers. Do not work for them.
