Why would it need to?
GNW is all about notarizing a doc or docs for someone. That is covered by Notary E & O. Signing Agent E & O covers all the docs that don't get notarized but could still be handled incorrectly by you (missing a signature, etc.).
Keep in mind if you are considering purchasing Signing Agent E & O that it covers based on the date a claim is made against you, rather than when the mistake/error/etc. happened. The regular E & O does cover based on the date it happened, so even if it lapses you are still covered as long as it was in force at the time it happened. Signing Agent E & O needs to be continued AFTER you stop being a notary if you are concerned about having coverage for things you did while a notary that just might come back to haunt you years later.
