Notary Public Group Organizers & Members

If you've played an active role in starting up/organizing a notary group, I'd appreciate any advice you'd be willing to share. Last month's Birmingham meeting was a success. Our second meeting will be in two weeks. I'd like to do the best job possible in keeping the group going and avoid common pitfalls/mistakes.

You can post here if you'd like, send me a PM or email me from my profile. I'm really interested in hearing what worked well for your group and what didn't. Even if you're not in a leadership role, as a member you can share what you like most/least about the group that you're a part of.
