Pacific Alliance Notary
Stay away from above. Sue is the new owner, and it's not at all like the wonderful folks that were there before.
Sue creates stories about what transpires with signer, while she wasn't there, then uses that as an excuse for not paying. Very dishonest and personally rude.

I've never had a problem with Sue. It's a 4 star company.

Strange, I had no problem with prior owners. First time I did a signing with Sue. I was told the borrower wrote a LONG email complaining about me. She told me he said things about me that couldn't possibly be true, then told me she wouldn't pay me. I contacted borrower because I just had to know the truth. He said he NEVER wrote an email. The thing that tipped me off to the fabrications was that we did the signing in silence as when I arrived he told me that his room mates were asleep and didn't want to wake them. So, I said nothing but just flew through the docs as he was in a rush. He thanked me at the end because I moved so fast and quietly.
I was shocked to hear the absolute different story from her.

This is not even to mention that I was told 8.30 am for the signing very far away and borrower was told by either her or escrow that I would be there @ 8.00 < not possible. It also doesn't work when you tell the borrower 30 minutes before you tell notary to be there. Ugh. I'm done with this one.

Very good idea to confirm the time with the borrower(s), along with a whole bunch of other details in advance of the appointment. I find it pretty common to be told one time and have the confirmation show a different one, or to have the borrowers' expectations differ from what I was told. When you find out in advance, you can adjust as necessary.
