Premier Lender Services LP Reverse Mortgage

Did the application signing for them in January because of the good rating on Signing Central. Billed numerous times as of today still no money. Then last night I get a call from the borrowers saying they are closing tonight and wanted to make sure that I was the one coming out. I haven't been called so I an only assume that they have hired another notary. Called this morning left several messages on all ext.s and sent email letting them know that I will show up @ the closing to let the notary know that they will not get paid. Thanks for letting me Vent. I'm furious.....

I am shocked. I have worked for them several times in the past and have always been paid early or at least on time. I would be interested in knowing how this works out for you. Good Luck to you.

Very unusual. I've done quite a bit of work for them &

never had a problem getting paid. I'd use the contact info the other poster provided. I'm sure it will get resolved quickly.

got call this afternoon This is how it went
PLS We have a reverse mortgage closing for tomorrow morning @ 8:00 AM
ME Is this for the Application I did in January that I was not paid for ?
PLS Well Yes
ME You admit that you didn't pay me and yet you wanted me to go back Again
PLS Well Yes
Me Unbelievable
At that point she starts stuttering I guess she couldn't think of what to say.
I just hung up. I wouldn't have been so upset about if they had not made promises to me, like "We will pay you right away, you won't have to wait to get paid until after the closing like other companies" I will try the billing info that was sent.
