Prestige Signing Group, Des Moines, IA -- update

Accommodated my first signing with them on 5/3/13. Received check dated 6/1/13 on 6/3/13. It was $15 short. I immediately notified them and asked if I might expect balance by the end of the week. They apologized and advised I'd probably have it prior to end of the week.

6/8/13, emailed them to let them know balance due was still outstanding - no response. 6/10/13, I emailed them letting them I still had not received balance due of $15. They responded, "We will send a payment out again. Sorry, our 6/8 postage was missing 6¢ so it probably kicked back. We will send another. " 6/14/13, emailed them again that payment still was not received - no response.

I don't appreciate being ignored and/or lied to!

I'm sorry you had that experience. My signing experiences with them were different. However, I will remember this post for the future. Maybe because WFG's COO lives in my environs, and just opened an office here.

Definitely a sign of the times for some signing services.

Cheryl ~ When I asked you about your "stellar" review, you maintained your glowing statements and suggested I mention to Prestige that I know you - mention your name. Had I done that, maybe I wouldn't be going through my current situation. However, I've never much believed in "name-dropping." I believe success should be on my own merits. Guess Prestige proved me wrong.

I regret this situation exists and that I stuck my neck out for them. Unfortunately they are flowing the same biz model as other companies we all try to avoid who pay slow and ding our full fee. I wasn't paid that way by them but I can no longer recommend them nor will I risk being paid late.

Doesn't have to be that they are lying, could be that they forgot... They always pay me on time
