Printing problems cannot find or create the font ArialMT

Has anyone had this problem printing docs? Tried Adobe 9.5 and XI but have the same problem. I am having to use different computer to print docs. Can't seem to find the font to downloand and install. The font seems to be used in must loan docs from various lenders but not all.

You might be missing printer drivers. You shouldn't ever

have to mess with fonts.

Back up a bit: why would you need to find this font? Is your printer refusing to do so? It is not finding a font to replace this particular one? This is very confusing.

It is not listed as a font on any computer I have. But when I go to print in Adobe it gives me this error. I think the document creates this font but for some reason it won't let me use it. Printed 1000 of documents now this error.

It does print correctly in Foxit but not Adobe.

I went back and copied all the Arial fonts from good computer and then replaced on computer that was giving me error. Must have had a corrupted font working now.

Never had this happen - a mystery to me as well.

So you found a work-around solution? I applaud you on that one. I probably would have called whoever sent to me. Interesting things we see.

I've been having issues printing from Abode 11. Hence, I now print from Nitro PDF Professional for loan docs.
