They will short your fee's from $5 to $25 depending on what they say you did not do for them. $5 if for not calling them once you arrive at the borrowers location. $25 is when they say they did not agree to pay extra for fax backs. Another $5 for not checking in on their QC site even if you did. They do pay after 60 days but your fee will be short. If they do $5 or $10 short to every notary that saves them a lot over time. They are in Costa Mesa Ca.

Henry Jawhary is new owner of Homesignings renamed Signingstream. Yep, they do ding ya for every little thing. Micromanagers. I haven't accepted any work from them, but I'm hearing they don't pay very well for the scope of work and they take a long time to pay their notaries. They are located in Westminster, CA.

They just called me for a refi with edocs as she was giving her "spill" I looked them up on NR. Had to find them by phone number. Was offered $65 with fax backs and told there is a 6 step check list you must complete before the signing.

Just for fun after looking at the reviews I told her my fee is XXX just see what she would say. Her response was really, well good luck with that.
