One mo thing...food for thought
There are only CA notaries posting positive messages about Signing Stream, Is it someone at Signing Stream, getting the notaries info off the SOS site, and then setting up a free fake account on notary rotary, using their info.........If Harry could check by IP address, that would tell us if they are one in the same. Since they created the badnotary.com website, we shouldn't put it past them doing this little charade. Can't believe that honest notaries would post good things about Signing Stream......just my opinion....we can't be very trusting of these signing services right now given recent events

Unless things have changed new members have to be verified. From info sent me by Harry a few years ago about the new system he implemented:
"a user must provide at least a valid e-mail address AND one of either a fax number or mobile phone number capable of receiving text messages in order to activate.
Registration instructions and a registration number are now sent to the e-mail address and an activation PIN is sent to the other number"
