I got an email from them yesterday for a loan modification signing......$30! It actually shocked me. I don't get shocked too easily with the lowballers. LOL

I received a email for a signing in BFE for $65 I replied with $XXX I guess they found a sucker that is willing to do it for $65 because did not receive a call from a coordinator hmmmmmmm lol. like they say I was born at night not last night.
