Stop the bleeding!

bleeding hearts, that is, for Signing Stream...I got a call yesterday from them, young lady wanted to know if I could do a signing in Santa Barbara yesterday, I said no, I can't work for your company...the principals filed BK leaving thousands of notaries unpaid for yet thousands of $$$. Then cavalierly opened another company called HOME SIGNINGS. We caught on to that rapidly, now they are Signing Stream. A wolf in sheep's clothing does not go unnoticed by this forum, in fact they stand out in this crowd. You're insulting!

She said that's not true, I said it is indeed. Do your homework, and get your resume out there. Find a better group of folks to work for.

My guess is they hire a bunch of young kids, like Mayo, with robo stamping in his skill set. I'm surprised he still has a valid notary commission.

If you don't want bad press, don't come on this board giving Signing Stream accolades. We know all too well their history.

FYI: Luckily I stopped working for Final Link a couple of years ago when they started reducing their fees and taking too long to pay.

Do we have proof positive that all three are one and

the same? I know it's been posted here and elsewhere - I don't recall seeing actual filings or proof that they're all the same.

Never worked for any of them - don't intend to - but I do see them denying any relationship all the time. Where's our verification?

Thanks James, but this is not proof..

This is one person's perspective and complaint. Proof I reference would be registration info for the company with names of Officers/Directors/Managers - I guess "official" proof. Proof that would be required in a Court of law - not coincidence and speculation.

And before anyone jumps on this, no I am not a SS, I am not associated in any way with any of the three companies - and no they don't owe me any money!! But I always like to see proof before I jump on bandwagons - concrete proof, not speculation and statements by disgruntled notaries.
