Terms of Contract/Agreement between Parties

Every so often I am searching here for something that I can't find. That happened again today (looking for pet peeve posts) but I came across something else that just caught my eye and soul.

I am a firm believer in reiterating* simple truths, for me anyway. Now more than at any other time I feel this is so important. Business is slow, so what business I do have must be collected fees. There is no margin for uncollectables. So when I saw this thread again, I wanted to bring it forth as I know others are in the same boat with me and also cannot operate loosely. There is controversy as you will see, but as one who has been following this method faithfully, I will say I have lost almost no work as a result of this. I don't work with Mortgage Docs as I am sure they will not agree, nor will a couple of other companies that are mainstream biggies, but they are not my target anyway. This is given to every new client, and a light reminder is given with each and every job I accept. More of you may wish to incorporate this into your business practices.
