Texas Pioneer Title - Avoid them like the Plague
Texas Pioneer Title 103 W. McDermott Drive., Suite #100 Allen, TX 75013 P-(972) 649-0049 F-(972) 649-0055 www.tptitle.com
These are the worse group of unprofessional users of notarial services I have yet to encounter. They only communicate with you when you accept the assignment. Once assignment is completed, they do not want to pay nor return your phone calls or emails. Everyone is always at a meeting. Accept assignments from them at your own risks!

File a complaint with its regulatory agency - the Texas department of insurance. But first, you can draft the letter to the Dept. of Insurance....date the letter 5 business days in advance and fax, email and send certified to Texas Pioneer Title stating (in a cover letter) that you will, in fact, send the letter to the Dept. of Insurance if ALL monies owed to you are not overnighted to you within 3 business days.

Re: Texas Pioneer Title - I had a good experience with them
I did a closing for them on 5/30/2013 and was paid on 6/21/2013 (paid within 3 weeks). The signing was for a single refi and the location was 2 miles from my home. They paid me $125. for the signing...120 page document and no fax backs. I would be happy to take more assignments from them...I hope they call me again!

Nadine: You may want to speak to a manager to
find out what's going on. May be that file didn't fund and they're the kind of company that doesn't pay when it doesn't fund (personally, I don't agree with that practice but it does happen).
If that still doesn't pan out, then follow LKT's above advice.
Good luck and please keep us updated.
